Q1.What's the difference between traditional herbal compress to the commercial herbal compress?
Traditional herbal compress use the traditional method to prepare all herbs and and we do not put any chemical ingredients or preservatives comparing to the commercial way to prepare the herbs compress.

Q2. How long does the heat maintain hot usually?
This is a tricky question, it is basically depends on the size of the herbal ball, and the room temperature as well. If the 100g herbal ball will not last long than the 200g herbal ball. Usually, when we use 200g herbal balls in the room temperature, it should last 20~30 minutes.

Q3. Is there any protection of buying online from you? What if I pay the money and you do not send out the products?
We accept PayPal online, as the customer has the "Shop safe, without worries" to protect, if you do not receive the goods, we will not receive the money from the PayPal as well.

Q4. What is your return policy
We provide money back guarantee for our products. SPA HB provides you the satisfaction guarantee for the unused product. All we ask is that the product is in the same condition you received it (unused) and is in the original packaging. The postage, PayPal fee, and handling fee will not be refunded.

Q5. Is it easy for me to make my own Herbal Ball?
Making a compress is not too difficult. In fact, the making of the compress is accomplished in less than 10 minutes. What takes time is to learn the right ingredients to use for each kind of compress. This is why many people prefer to purchase a compress rather than make it themselves. If, however, you do know the specific herbs that need to be used, then please consult us to understand what you want.

Q6. Do I get allergic with the Herbal Compress?
Although all our ingredients are natural, there may be 2~3% of customers may have side effects for certain kind of herbs, if he / she doesn't fell well, the therapy should stop immediately.

Q7. What is the yellow colour come from?
Most of our herbal balls has the ingredient of turmeric is a deep orange-yellow powder commonly used as a spice in Indian cuisine and even curries for dyeing.  Beware of the colour will dye your clothing that may be difficult to wash out, strictly apply to the skin to get the best result to rejuvenate your skin.

Q8. Do you provide any other sizes of the Herbal Compress?
We also provide different sizes such as 85g to 300g according to your need. Some therapist like smaller rather some like bigger, and please try each formula at a time (We don't provide Mix order). We will need your feed back to adjust and suggest different formula.
