Return Policy

Product Exchange:

We make sure each order checked carefully, if there are problems when they arrive are damages, leak or unusable, please follow the procedures:

Please email us immediately with the photos and list of  items need to pay attention for refund or exchange.

In case of the product we have been sold out, we will arrange the refund of the items according to the refund procedures.

Return Procedures:

    1. Please send us the reason, photos and list of items by email immediately to Tony :  thaiherbsbkk@gmail.com
    2. After receive our confirmation email, please pack the items with your delivery notes,
    3. Post it to our Bangkok address from the email mentioned.
    4. Please use prepaid post for return products, we do not accept COD(Charge On Delivery) in Thailand.
   
Undeliverable Situation

Owing to the incorrect postal address, post box, hotel address, receiver refused to accept the parcel or after many attempts to deliver without success.
If we receive the undeliverable parcel, we will deduct the shipping cost, handling charges(10% of total)and refund to you according to the refund policy and refund time.

Or we can resend the parcel again, but the customer need to pay the shipping cost again.

Refund Policy

We only will refund in following conditions:
1. The products are damaged and cannot be used;
2. Receiving wrong items or quantity is not correct;
3. Customer has side-effects with the doctor proof due to the use of our products.
Above cases will we receive your email and prrof, we will exchange product or refund accordingly.

Refund Lead Time
We will use the same method according what you pay by PayPal, credit card or TT when you purchase our products.
PayPal - normally takes 2~4 weeks
Credit card - depends on the credit card company, may take 1~2 months.

We do not accept the returns or refund as followed:
1. Products has been received over 30 days;
2. Products has been used and in non-resellable condition;
3. Any gifts or samples free offered with the orders;
4. Product has been replaced once;
5. Refund without any reason;
5. SPA HB will have the final rights of decision.
