Acupuncture, Moxibustion & Blood Circulation with Herbal Compress

The Chinese word "針灸" actually represent two types of medical treatment "Needle Acupuncture" and "Moxibustion and Fire Cupping". Most people know the needle acupuncture since it is  being used for acute disease treatment while the later one is for chronic illness disease.

In western medical approach, blood circulation has been learned as circulatory system that the heart pumps the blood oxygenated blood to the body and deoxygenated blood to the lungs.


However, Chinese believe that our body is the little Universe, it has the eco system and seasonal effects. How blood stream (Chi) go from one end to the other point every two hours change differently. Chinese learned this phenomenon through one generation to another over 3,000 years, we may have different approaches such as using needle or finger to stimulate the acupoints called "Acupuncture".

Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture identifies 12 "regular" and 8 "extraordinary" meridians; commonly call the Twelve Vessels". There's also a number of less customary channels branching off from the "regular" meridians.

Moxibustion and Fire Cupping are actually sharing the same diagram of acupoints. This treatment is the healing and prevention process to get healthy body, only if the patients is urgent need to kill pains, we suggest acupuncture.

In Chinese Medical Approach,  its goal is to restore flow, function and balance to the system. If you have pains, this means a symptom indicate something wrong with your body. What we believe is that if you have the blood circulation problem, you will have pains. We trace the source of pain through the meridians.


Traditional Thai Herbal Compress massage improves blood circulation and stimulates the acupoints, while the heat dilates blood vessels, it increases the blood and oxygen circulation in the body and improves the efficiency of the different organs. The herbs used to address  sprains, bruises and sore muscles, cleanse and heal the skin by  promoting cell growth, and aid upper respiratory ailments such as  bronchitis, asthma, and the common cold.
